As part of the contract for supervising the projects of the initiative to develop intensive care and emergency departments, the project team conducted audits and reviews of the design work and recommended their approval. They also reviewed the tender documents prepared by other consultants for the emergency and intensive care projects for children and newborns. Additionally, they reviewed the plans, designs, and documents of hospital and medical tower projects in various regions of the Kingdom. These tasks were part of the assigned duties to support the ministry and provide technical assistance during the supervision contract for the initiative to develop intensive care and emergency departments.
