Supervision of development projects for 44 health centers to align with the Ministry of Health identity and meet the latest safety and quality standards for healthcare facilities, including design development, project performance monitoring, building a central database, and quality assurance; activities included: designing and developing more than 19 health centers across the Kingdom and preparing tender documents; reviewing and developing design and tender documents for health centers (Model C) for cities; reviewing and developing design and tender documents for health centers (Model V) for villages; preparing, designing, and issuing tender documents for health centers (Model V2) for rural hamlets; preparing, designing, and issuing bills of quantities for the standard building model of health centers.
